DESCRIPTION *

Rune has an interesting demeanor about him, to say in the least. In a crowded room, his choice of flashy attire would not be the only thing that stands out about him; there is a certain peculiarity pulsating from his being, and perhaps it is in the way he carries himself, or the patterning of his mannerisms and speech. One aspect that stands out most particularly would have to be his voice - a sound not especially inclined to either extremes of volume, neither grating nor strident, but in possession of an almost piercing quality to it, resonating crystal clear through the air. It flows in a lilting manner, as a light but spirited undulation. It's not a difficult voice to catch from a distance, or to hear beneath the rumbling sway of abundant commotion. Much like the rest of him, it is undeniably challenging to ignore.

Coincident with his voice is his physique, which moves in a similarly languid, rhythmic pattern, coupled with a wiry frame. His legs in particular are wound taut with muscle and possess notably dexterous movement. He is nimble and very much swift, even more so with his affinity to air. Although his animal form is widely regarded as delicate and vulnerable, living among the Bjornung has eliminated many frailties he might have been afflicted with. Alongside speed, he also developed the ability to exert his natural strength and weight into brute force. These two proficiencies would make him quite the formidable foe if he actually tried putting them to proper use... (Effort does not exist in his dictionary.) As many physical things come naturally to him due to his upbringing, he has become quite the talented slacker, the foundation of his justification being that he is better off preserving his energy for legitimately critical future use. (Rune, without experience, you're useless...)

Although he exhibits a casual posture, there still underlies a distinct arch of confidence and purpose. This combination frequently gives him an imposing air, intentional or not, even at an otherwise average height of 5'8". Physicalities tend to mean little to him, especially in regards of enormity and stature. While this could be defined as a good, unbiased quality to have, he doesn't ever always use it in an efficient manner, and is thus the ideal lurer of unfortunate circumstances and a colorful variety of disasters. Tangible proof of such is strewn about his own body in the form of a diverse range of scars. If it didn't kill him that time, then it's okay to try again!

His hair is a thick, downy mass of off-white, often secured loosely in a ponytail over his shoulder. He takes impeccable care of it and, as a general rule, discourages others from coming into contact with it. It's not you, it's him. Well, it's possibly you. It's most likely you. Yes, it's you. Paired with his eyes, a blue so pale it has a nearly translucent effect, they create a distinctive combination, perhaps one that is best leagued with the sky.

PERSONALITY *

- Fearless, but in the really stupid way. Impulsive. Sometimes it's beneficial. Mostly it's not.
- Friendly and generally not mean-spirited, except sometimes he'll do stuff just to piss people off because he thinks it's funny (it probably kinda is). Very talkative. Takes very little seriously. Doesn't really bother ~applying~ himself.
- Unbiased. Very little deters him. If you outright state that you want to make him eat his own legs, he'll just laugh and follow you around even more. Also brushes off most insults, unless someone who knows him and his true capabilities well start crapping all over his life. Then he'll get angrybunnyface.
- Dislikes dwelling on the past. Tends to be emotionally suppressive as a result.
- Obviously confident in his own abilities. Doesn't openly gloat about it unprovoked. Bragging usually comes in the form of him saying/implying certain things aren't worth his effort. Like... succeeding in life. What a load of bull. Who even needs that?
- Confidence is evident in his speech as well. States his thoughts/ideas/etc as if they are fact. He doesn't care if he's told that he's wrong; he just hates being proven that he's wrong.
- Casual with everyone, including superiors. It's bad. It's so bad.
- Really hates being told what to do. In general hates having to rely on other people. He is a brat.
- People take him seriously when they don't need to and don't take him seriously when it's dire that they do. LOL
- Doesn't understand his own limitations or the limits of others. 
- Extremely competitive. Hates losing, but also hates winning if he didn't feel challenged. He's a piece of crap, but not the kind of crap that cheats for a cheap victory. Also, he will get the last laugh at any cost.
- ^ Loves challenges. Nothing is impossible or hopeless to him. He's good at focusing on conquering.
- Sometimes he can be smart. He thinks fast and is able to adapt to new/unexpected situations quickly and efficiently. Quite clever. Persevering. he is still dumb though

HISTORY *

HIS PARENTS ARE DEEAAAADDDD but he doesn't remember them that well anyway. For a majority of his life he's just been with Da Bearz. ~Family isn't always blood~ and all that. He probably still feels bad about it sometimes, kind of sucks not really knowing the people who basically created you. He was probably pretty young when Some Terrible Disaster occurred and he got separated from his parents (I am really good at this history-building stuff, ok). Luckily there was some random-ass bear nearby to help him or something jfc. After being recovered by the Bjornung, he didn't recall his birth name (or he was never given one), so everyone just called him 'the bunny' or something. UHHH he is good at flying and tactics and stuff so he eventually got the nickname 'Rune' (derived from Old Norse rún, "secret"), because he is their SECRET BUNNY WEAPON or something. Eventually it kind of turned into His Actual Name. Surname 'Haukson' is also possibly a reference to his abilities (son of hawk, hawks are kewl and stronk and stuff, etc).
He had a unique upbringing with the Bjornung, like living with dozens of your fun and wacky uncles all at once. Being the Token Rabbit Boy frequently made him the center of attention and he was probably a little spoiled as a result, because bunny. 
Then some other stuff happened too. Ayup.

OTHER *

- In regards to combat style, most definitely something close-contact. Hit like a bear, kick like a rabbit? LOL
