Full Name: Sindri Sverrirsson Armfastrung
Gender: Male
Eye Color: Gray-green
Age: 16
Bloodline: Son of Sverrir Tonguethrash Sigmundrsson Armfastrung and Gyszel Skullcrusher Thórvaldrdottir Wulfing
Animal Forms: Snowy owl
Magic Type: Golden Star/Healing
Clan or Organization: Drakonrhedi – formerly Armfastrung
Rank: Tiro
Description:
Having not quite hit his growth spurt yet, Sindri stands at a noticeably short five foot four inches, or one hundred sixty-five centimeters. This makes for varying levels of standing out and blending in, the latter of which he tends to appreciate more. His muscles are evenly distributed about his frame, having not found a specialized purpose. This gives his body a bit of an androgynous appearance.
A large band of cloth holds back his wild mop of brownish red hair. Beneath that, wide gray-green eyes look out to the world, trying to see everything. He can normally be seen with a smile on his soft yet boyish face, with even his neutral expression bearing a slight one. His naïveté is rather prominent in his aura and presence.
A set of relatively light armor covers him. His arms and legs are also completely covered, sleeves and pants ending in gloves and soft-soled boots.
He is incredibly restless. It is most likely related to his anxiety, in a strange “moving targets are harder to hit” fashion. His level of nervousness can be estimated by any repetitive movements. His face occasionally betrays him as well, though only those aware of the subtle muscle movements around the eyes might be able to tell.
Personality:
One might guess that Sindri holds a rather cheerful nature, punctuated with youthful clumsiness. For the most part, they would be right. During the majority of interactions, Sindri is capable of rather pleasant, if bland, exchanges, but at times it can be apparent that he has difficulty connecting with people beyond a superficial level. In social settings, he has a tendency to lack the ability to initiate, though will at the least shadow a person he recognizes.
Despite his introversion, Sindri possesses a rather intense passion for learning. He craves performing well, to the point where failure can render him catatonic. It is not uncommon for him to be unable to act due to the conflicting natures of his goals and his anxiety. This tendency to inaction extends to other areas of his behaviour as well.
As a Tiro, Sindri holds a curiosity for just about everything. Running about the Drakonborg trying to absorb all the sights and sounds and fresh air is a common activity for him in his free time.
Drake: N/A
History:
Born to a Drakonrhedi and a diplomat, Sindri was raised in a touch and go environment. His parents had two different kinds of expectations for him, both of which were strict and unrelenting, leaving their son meek and undesiring of contact with them. Most who knew the family said that for all intents and purposes, the boy might as well not have been there at all.
During an evaluation for the Drakonrhedi, Sindri showed promise, despite his apparently frail frame. One of his main skills was mounted archery with decent accuracy.
Other:
Has basic knowledge of archery and swordplay, though swordplay is mostly focused on ceremonial purposes. Actual combat skills are a bit… sloppy.
