*Move the Immotile- Gaze Upon the Infinite*
(picture not mine-sourced from the game mentioned at the top of the image).
Full Name: Zsasilda the Solitary
Alias: Arnleif Bondidottir Armfastrung (as a member of the Drakonrhedi).
Gender: Female
Eye Color: Purple
Age: 832
Bloodline: Asena the Inquisitive [mother], Falinis the Hidden [father].
Animal Form: Purple martin, as a Drakonhedi (oddly enough, she uses the male bird's colouration).
Magic Type: Neutron Star
Organisation: Promethaen Empire
Rank: Exemplar
Description: Steely grey for the main part, the purple patterns adorning Zsasilda's scales can be attributed to the fact that there was a significant amount of iodine vapour around when she was hatched. Her paws are large and strong, her teeth and spines sharp. She is a formidable sight, in her natural form.
As Arnleif; the Promethaen possesses wavy blonde hair and a pair of unassuming grey eyes. She appears seventeen years old in this form, stands at 5'8" (1.524m), and certainly looks a lot less intimidating than she does as a Promethaen. Arnleif does battle with the ornate rapier shown in the picture, which she has not given a name to as she believes it is foolish to attach such sentimental value to mere objects. Although she did practice with her human form before coming to earth, Arnleif is not exactly a master swordsperson at this stage. Occasionally she can be found trying to brain an opponent with the rapier, rather than lunging at them as is more typical (and far more effective, though the blade is sharpened somewhat).
(picture copyright can be viewed at the bottom of the image- found on wallpaper abyss).
Personality: She has a quiet and focussed nature, preferring to keep to herself and out of the way of others when possible; hence her Calling. Zsasilda was always of a curious, studious disposition, and it is this which earned her a position as a member of the Infinite. She has a great wealth of knowledge crammed into that mind of hers and, although she is generally reserved, she takes pride in being able to set the record straight when others say something that is not entirely correct. She is one to notice the small details which others may overlook, which can come in remarkably useful.
Zsasilda has a dry sense of humour that can take some getting used to. This trait, unlike many others; carries over into her persona as the young Tiro, Arnleif. While Arnleif is ever eager to learn, she can’t help but occasionally let slip a snide remark. This does not exactly endear her to her superiors, but who can blame her? Zsasilda is not entirely used to having superiors, after all. Especially not ones whom she knows she could realistically crush with so little thought. She tends to look down on humanity, though she is undoubtedly fascinated by them, and so likely seems snobbish to some of the other Drakonrhedi.
Zsasilda can also be extremely ruthless. Her race always comes first (actually, her own interests come first, but she doesn't always make this obvious). Believing that they need her, and obviously not minding the prestige herself; Zsasilda will fight to maintain her position as a member of the Infinite.
The Solitary holds something of a grudge against her long disappeared parents, for what they did to her brother. She is a little embarrassed of The Subversive, but she still acknowledges him as kin when pushed (although she will not usually bring him up without good reason). Needless to say, they do not have a particularly close relationship.
Drake (if applicable): N.A
History: The Solitary has served as an Exemplar for some 100 years now. Zsasilda does her duty faithfully and with pride, as is befitting a Promethaen.
She remembers the day her younger brother was hatched quite clearly. She was a Major Promethaen at this time, her Calling having heralded the interest she took in quiet study, observation and experimentation; at this stage. Zsasilda first met him when he was newly hatched, and already something seemed wrong. It soon became apparent that he was much too violent, his mind too far gone. She soon gave up any dream of being allowed to tutor him in the ways of their glorious race, and maybe one hundred and fifty years later joined the council of the Infinite.
Recently, encouraged by other members of the Infinite, Zsasilda reluctantly sought to join the Drakonrhedi as a Tiro. This has helped her to discover many intriguing, previously unsuspected things about humanity. She thus does not regret joining the organisation, which has offered her such a steep learning curve; however, she is perhaps not always as patient with her human "superiors", and even the other Tiro, as she should be.
Her actual introduction to the group was somewhat unorthodox. She turned up one day in her bird form, transformed back into Arnleif, and demanded that she be allowed to join up. After some testing, she was admitted to the organisation as a Tiro.
She often prefers to people-watch, rather than interact directly with the humans. She believes that she learns a lot this way, and from studying their literature as well.
Relations:
Uri the OAI- as focussed as his host, Uri has served Zsasilda faithfully since the moment they met. He does however despise the chemical signals released by the consumption of seafood, and advises against her eating it. Uri's insistence on keeping Zsasilda up to date on every little thing does tend to annoy the aptly named Solitary, and so he has tried to make his reports not quite as frequent in recent times.
Kerberos the Subversive- brother.
Cedric Vyrrson- primary mentor. They agree on some points, less so on others.
